The Brief History of Fashion

1)Where did Fashion first originate in?
In Ancient Rome and Ancient Egypt. Over the years it was recored that
the first signs of creativity in fashion was as back as 1826. Charles Fredrick Worth
was deemed the
first fashion designer and had set up a fashion department in in Paris, France.
2)What were the first pieces of clothing? What were they made of? Who made these clothes?
It seems to be that skirts or drapes were the first recored pieces of clothing dating over
30,000 years ago. Archeologists are still trying to figure out exactly how far long ago.
Drapes and skirts were made from fur,leather,leaves, and grass. The Neanderthals were
considered the firts people to come up with such pieces of clothing.
3)How did people origanally dye clothes?
Around the Neolithic period, also know as the New Stone Age, people used barks,plants
,insects to dye clothing.
4) When was the first shoe made? Where was it found?
The first shoe to have been made was infound in Fort Rock Cave in the state of Oregon
in 1938. It is suspected to have been made in 7,000 or 8,000 B.C.
